Teyakkuz Güvenlik Sistemleri was founded in 2006 in Kozyatağı by a four-person alarm installation crew. Our founder Murat Erdinç started with a simple goal: behind every device sold to a homeowner there should be a person who answers in the middle of the night. That idea became our own alarm monitoring centre in 2011 and today protects more than 42,000 homes and businesses.

Why do we run our own monitoring centre?

Many companies hand alarm signals to a third-party centre. We manage the whole path of the signal ourselves: device, communication, operator and mobile team under one roof. That means who did what during an incident is on record, and response times can be written into your contract.

What do we care about?

• Reducing false alarms: voice and camera verification, user training and pet-friendly detectors
• Transparent pricing: installation and monthly monitoring fees are itemised separately in the quote
• Protecting personal data: camera footage is stored encrypted and access is permissioned (KVKK)
• Regular drills: each quarter the monitoring centre runs scenario tests and reports the results to customers

Today in numbers

Twenty-four operators work three shifts at our Kozyatağı centre. In the field we run 18 mobile response vehicles and 14 authorised dealers across 11 provinces. Most of our systems are installed with devices conforming to the TS EN 50131 series, and our monitoring centre is operated according to TS EN 50518 principles.
