This privacy notice has been prepared by the data controller Teyakkuz Güvenlik Sistemleri A.Ş. pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
Data processed and purposes
Name, phone, email, address, authorised-contact details, alarm event logs and (if you use camera services) video recordings are processed to conclude and perform the contract, deliver alarm monitoring and response, handle invoicing and accounting, and meet legal obligations.
Transfers
Your data may be transferred only as the service requires to our authorised dealers, mobile-team subcontractors, banks and payment institutions, and public authorities entitled under legislation.
Retention
Alarm event records are kept for the contract term and the statutory limitation period afterwards; camera recordings are kept for the period stated in the relevant service package.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation for damage. Send applications to info@teyakkuz.com.tr or to our company address.
