The alarm monitoring centre (AMC) is the operations room that receives every signal from your panel seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Our Kozyatağı centre runs on two separate power feeds, a generator and redundant internet connections.
What happens when an alarm goes off?
- The panel sends an encrypted signal over 4G or Wi-Fi (about 2-3 seconds)
- The operator's screen opens the event, the site plan and the list of authorised contacts
- First a voice check through the panel speaker, then calls to authorised contacts
- If cameras are present, the event footage is reviewed live
- For a verified event a mobile team is dispatched and, if necessary, 155/112 is called
- An incident report is sent by SMS and app notification
- After closure the system settings are reviewed if needed
Commitments written into the contract
- Signal assessment: 12 seconds on average
- Contact with authorised persons: first call within 90 seconds
- Mobile team arrival target: 20 minutes in Istanbul, 30 minutes elsewhere
- Monthly system health report: battery, communication and tamper logs
Important note: alarm monitoring is an activity subject to private security legislation; response times vary with service area, traffic and weather. Dispatch of security forces depends on the decision of law enforcement.
